Musical Elements accepts returns within 14 days of the shipment date. Returns requested after this period cannot be processed.
The following products may be returned only if they are defective, unopened: strings, reeds, mouthpieces, amplifier tubes, earbuds, earplugs, wind instruments, used string instruments, used bows, drumheads, drumsticks, turntable cartridges, fog fluid, clothing and footwear, body jewelry, cleaners, polishes, and polishing cloths.
